Our Early Childhood Program lays the foundation for a lifetime of integrated learning.  Jewish and general studies are melded into a program which encompasses the holidays, prayer, and middot while simultaneously exploring science, art, literature, music and physical activities.

  • Physical Development:
Large motor skills are developed by climbing, running, and jumping in our well-equipped gym and playground.
  • Social and Emotional Development:
Because they enjoy the school experience, our children develop confidence in their learning capabilities.  They learn to relate well to their teachers and each other.  They feel confident that they may express their feelings freely and appropriately in an atmosphere of mutual respect.  Constructive play provides our children with the opportunity to develop social and interpersonal skills.
  • Cultural/Artistic Development:
Our children appreciate art through free and creative expression.  They explore various media through singing, percussion instrument and listening
    .
  • Intellectual Development:
By teaching reading readiness and early math concepts, we spark our children’s interest in the world around them.  We encourage a love of literature through classroom and library activities.
  • Jewish Consciousness Development:
Our goal is to create an environment where children learn about and experience Jewish values and customs.  They learn about Israel, past and present.  Our curriculum focuses on Biblical personalities in the weekly Torah parsha as well as tefillot and brachot.
  • Hebrew Language Acquisition:
We stress a spoken Hebrew language environment based on the latest Brain Based Learning research which targets three-six as the foremost opportunity for language acquisition.
