The Passport Series to Mathematics emphasizes real data and real-life applications, in addition to preparing students for success in mathematics with a gradual approach to understaning the underlying principles of algebra and geometry.  Students will find that many of the things they do, see, and hear are linking to mathematics.  The goal of the class is to encourage students to think and not shy away from being challenged as well as learn to communicate mathematically.
